The German Institute of Food Technologies (DIL) organizes during the Anuga the Innovation Food Conference, iFood Conference for short, which will focus on the food production of tomorrow.
Around 30 speakers will talk about the consumer trends, converging industries, new foods and Industry 4.0. The iFood Conference serves as a platform for cross-industry exchange and brings issues from upstream and downstream areas, such as the agricultural industry for example, together with the trade and logistic sector.
