- Just under 100 exhibitors from 15 countries and approximately 47,000 visitors. 97 per cent of the visitors were satisfied with the range of products.
- About 36 per cent of the decision-makers are managing directors, including nearly 30 per cent from purchasing. And, compared to the 2007 event, the quality of the visitors increased significantly once again!
Anuga FoodService, the new trade show for the food service and catering market, will make its debut in 2011. It integrates and expands the product range of Anuga CateringTec and attracts an even larger number of relevant target groups to Cologne, which will also benefit from at Anuga Chilled & Fresh Food.
