Do I have to adhere to a particular deadline when ordering advertising material?

No, there´s no particular deadline for ordering advertising material. However, since the material is there to help you invite guests before the trade fair commences, we recommend you order the various types of advertising material well ahead of time so that your costumers can enter the trade fair into their diaries.

Is there a limit to how much advertising material I can order?

No, there´s no actual limit to how much advertising material you can order. However, the amount should be in relation to how many of your customers you would like to invite to the trade fair.

What are the login data for accessing the homepage logo?

What´s the difference between Order Form A and Order Form B?

Order Form A: All advertising material without printed text. These materials are provided free of charge.

Order Form B: All advertising material with printed text. You are charged the cost of the printing.

How much do the advertising materials cost?

It costs you nothing, unless you decide to order advertising material with printed text (see the reverse of Order Form B). Koelnmesse covers the cost of the advertising material as well as of postage and packing.

I ordered advertising materials/admission tickets last week. When can I expect my order to arrive?

If you have ordered materials such as postcards, invitation broschures or stickers, please contact Ms. Oberhauser from the direct advertising company Karl Trebbau GmbH. She can also help you regarding production-related issues.

What´s the deadline for sending back unused admission tickets?

Should you have any unused tickets after the event, we will reimburse you the price provided you return them to Koelnmesse´s Sales Service Centre.

Can I still pick up/order admission tickets shortly before the trade fair commences?

Admission tickets can still be picked up/ordered at the exhibition centre during the trade fair´s construction phase and during the trade fair itself. To do so, contact our central ticket offices. When ordering materials at the exhibition centre, you only need your customer number.
