The Patissier of the Year is the competition for talented young Patissiers from Germany, Austria, Switzerland and South Tyrol. The finalists will be selected during four preliminary rounds in major cities in Germany and Vienna, before competing against one another in the big finale at Anuga. Focus will be on technical skills, on various techniques of patissier and particulary on creativity.
