09.10.2017 | 10:30 a.m. - 12:30 a.m.
In the scope of Anuga, together with the Federation of German Food and Drink Industries (BVE), the Association of the German Food Trade (BVLH) is organising a discussion round entitled "Designing the international supply chains more transparently - the trade and industry take on responsibility!" Representatives of Aldi Süd, Unilever, the Rewe Group and Felix GmbH will together with speakers from the civil society (WWF) and development cooperation (GIZ) highlight ways and perspectives of how international supply chains can be designed more transparently and more responsibly.
The companies from the trade and industry have been asserting themselves for more transparency and sustainability in their complex and quite often international value chains for years already. They are taking on responsibility in their areas of influence and also contribute towards the achievement of the UN sustainability goals through their decisions in manifold ways.
The detailed programme as well as the application form can be downloaded here and above. It is also possible to register online: www.bve-online.de/anuga-diskussion-2017.
