Anuga Culinary Stage

On the Culinary Stage with its integrated cooking studio, an interesting and innovative all-day programme await the Anuga visitors on each day of the fair. In addition to cooking shows, interesting lectures and product presentations will also take place here. As a crowd-puller in Hall 7, the Culinary Stage will offer the right setting for the stars of the international cooking and gastronomy scene. This way you will get inspired by our partners and by many good, demanding ideas for the kitchen of tomorrow.

A special highlight on the Anuga Culinary Stage will be the Anuga Chef of the Year event on Monday, 07.10.2019.

Saturday, 07.10.2017

On Saturday the following events take place at the Culinary Stage:

  • 12:30-1:30 p.m.: DEHOGA presents: Coffee as aroma carrier by NESPRESSO
  • 2:00–3:00 p.m.: Chef Navin demonstrates how to create delicious curry dishes
  • 5:00-6:00 p.m.: Poland Tastes Good – Polish Cuisine Anew

Sunday, 08.10.2017: Patissier of the Year 2017

The Patissier of the Year is the competition for talented young Patissiers from Germany, Austria, Switzerland and South Tyrol. The finalists will be selected during four preliminary rounds in major cities in Germany and Vienna, before competing against one another in the big finale at Anuga. Focus will be on technical skills, on various techniques of patissier and particulary on creativity.

Monday, 09.10.2017: Chef of the Year 2017

The Chef of the Year is the competition for talented young chefs from Germany, Austria, Switzerland and South Tyrol. The finalists will be selected during four preliminary rounds before competing against one another in the big finale at Anuga. At this last event you will experience the skills of eight young, highly motivated chefs, who will cook, arrange and present a three-course meal right before your eyes. A top-class jury will be on hand to judge the dishes and select the winner.

Tuesday, 10.10.2017

On Tuesday the following events take place at the Culinary Stage:

  • 12:30–1:30 p.m.: A bite of Transylvania
  • 2:00-3:00 p.m.: Amazing Polish-style goose
  • 3:30-4:30 p.m.: Frozen Productas. 1000and1 Opportunitites
  • 5:00–6:00 p.m.: Beefer meets Brian Bojsen – Pulled Salmon at 800 degrees
