Press conferences
If you would like to hold a press conference during Anuga, you can make use of the following services:
- Date coordination
- Reservation of a conference room on the trade fair grounds (free of charge); provision of trade fair caterers, interpreters and PA companies (extra charge)
- List of international trade publications
- Publication of your dates in Koelnmesse’s press event calendar; posted notices of your dates at the Press Centre during Anuga

Distributing press releases - with costs
To help you distribute your press releases to relevant media representatives, the dpa subsidiary news aktuell (the official press partner of Koelnmesse) will provide access to appropriate news channels (with costs).
Your press releases and images will be sent directly to the editorial offices of all of the relevant national and international media, and also distributed via e-mail and RSS Newsfeed to trade publications, freelance journalists and sector experts. In addition, news aktuell will send your press releases to Internet portals and professional databases, and publish the material at www.presseportal.de, Germany’s most popular press database.

Virtual and real press compartments (package offer)
Koelnmesse Service GmbH is offering exhibitors press pigeon holes as a package: a virtual pigeon hole as part of the event’s online presence and up to two real press pigeon holes at the Press Centre for displaying product information, e.g. in various language versions, for the all-in price of € 120.00. You will find details on form M.04 in Koelnmesse’s ISM 2007 service package.

Photographs and films
If you commission photographers or video teams to film your trade fair stand, you will need to provide them with admission tickets. Please inform our security office of such arrangements (tel.: +49 (0)221/821-2551, fax: +49 (0) 221/821-3780). You can also arrange to have photographers and video teams from the Cologne Guild of Photographers film your stand (tel.: +49 (0)221/2070-420, fax: +49 (0)221/2070-445).

Your press releases on the ticker
The dpa subsidiary news aktuell, an official media partner of Koelnmesse, will be offering the ideal news medium for ensuring that your Anuga press releases reach your target groups. Thanks to its original text service (ots), your press releases will reach all leading editorial offices providing daily news coverage in Germany and abroad - via news satellite/ticker and e-mail. They will also be posted in Germany's most-visited press database: www.presseportal.de. If you would like to reach trade or regional media, you can request the appropriate mailing lists from news aktuell for use via fax. news aktuell will be making you offer in this regard in the coming weeks.

Virtual and real press compartments - a package offer
In 2005, Koelnmesse Service GmbH again will be offering exhibitors a package deal - a virtual press compartment on the trade fair's website and up to three "actual" press compartments at the Press Centre for the distribution of product information (in various languages, for example) for an all-inclusive price of €120. We have commissioned a Koelnmesse partner firm - press1 - to manage all aspects of the service, from password distribution and configuration of the virtual compartments to labelling of the real press compartments (press1, HighText Verlag, Wilhelm-Riehl-Str. 13, 80687 München, Germany). The new features of this fee-based service include individualized and alphanumeric sorting of the real press compartments, which significantly increases the PR effect for individual exhibitors. A hostess will be on hand at the fair to maintain and fill the compartments.
