Waterloo Récolte Saison

Waterloo Récolte Saison is a traditional, saison-style farm beer. It is brewed at Mont-Saint-Jean farm using organic barley and wheat that is grown on this organic farm’s fields. The ‘saison’ yeast that is used during the brewing process gives this beer its typical dry taste, with notes of mild clove. The 100% organic Belgian hops impart intense, persistent bitterness, conferring a delicate spiced temperament.
