For the first time, the IFFN is offering a specialist conference as part of the anuga supporting programme. In the anniversary year of “100 years of deep-freezing”, the global frozen food industry is thus setting an example for innovation, sustainability and growth. International experts from industry, food trade and food service will discuss current market developments and the potential of frozen food for more sustainable food systems.
