The event

I will analize how consumer demands are changing and what new product launches result from these new needs. As Food Scout I travel to all mayor F&B trade shows, where I analize launches from 15+ categories and translate those into trend reports. In my talk I will highlight some relevant examples examples and opportunities in the areas of Health, Pleasure and Sustainability.
