There is a lot of talk about transparency, diversity and natural production. Not only for food. Decarbonisation affects all sectors of the economy. In agriculture, it is our relationship to meat consumption, with factory farming as a consequence, and the way we deal with agrochemical-polluted soil that urgently need to be reconsidered.
