The event

Digitization and technologization are having a massive impact on how and where we feed ourselves in the future. The merging of data silos along the supply chain and the further development towards a decentralized network are the logical consequence.  How can the different players act to make the data more usable? How will a decentralized food network bring the POP and POC together? 

The "Internet of Food Session" at Anuga will provide insights into new distribution systems and platforms.
