Anuga taste Innovation Show

The Anuga taste Innovation Show is a trend barometer and a source of inspiration for the global food business. This is where the most important innovations at Anuga are presented to trade visitors and media representatives.

From June 13, all exhibiting companies at Anuga 2023 have the opportunity to submit their product innovations. Applications for the Anuga taste Innovation Show can only be submitted online via the Anuga New Product Tool. All Anuga exhibitors will receive a registration notification via newsletter. Participation is free of charge. The application deadline is September 8, 2023. Accordingly, all companies that have made a product entry by that date will automatically be entered in the competition.

From all the product innovations submitted, an expert jury of journalists and market researchers will select the top innovations in the industry and the top 10 product innovations. The results will be presented during Anuga as part of the special show "Anuga taste Innovation Show" at Anuga powered by Anuga Horizon .

All selected innovations will also be presented on the Anuga website and to the press. Companies that submit their products after the application deadline will not be part of the selection process. Of course, Anuga exhibitors can still use the new product tool as a free PR service beyond that.
