The event

A roundtable discussion between trade and industry, organized by the German Frozen Food Institute (dti) and the trade magazines Lebensmittel Praxis and Convenience Shop. Trends in consumer behavior, shopping habits and product range will be discussed. Sustainability, regional products, food waste, packaging, animal welfare and Nutri-Score are also on the agenda. In addition, the current demands on marketing, sales promotion and advertising will be highlighted - as will the political influences on nutrition and climate policy in the wake of the German parliamentary elections.
