Fruits are washed in the washing pool and sorted on the sorting belt
Followed by de stemming and crushing in the hammer mill
The fruit mash is pressed under high pressure to obtain raw juice as NFC and is filled aseptically into packaging

The fruit & vegetable are harvested then sorted on sorting belt and packed in crates or cardboard boxes

The fruit are washed, sorted and frozen in an IQF tunnel which is 40°C

Homogeneously mixed raw materials are pasteurized, hot filled into the packaging, capped and cooled immediately.
