Räber AG

Only fully aromatic, healthy and fully ripe fruits from Switzerland are good enough for the noble and tasty Vieille distillates. The fruits are fermented in a controlled manner in the traditional house of Räber and then distilled by a specialist with a lot of experience. The long aging of the distillate and the refinement with homemade bonificateur create these noble, slightly sweet specialties characterized by the fruit.

Jam “Royale” with 70% fruit and with fruit pieces. The high fruit content and the careful preparation, based on an old traditional recipe, give this jam its excellent, fruity taste.

For 100g jam, 100g selected fruits are used. A total of about 25g fructose and apple pectin are added. During the gentle boiling process, about 25g of the fruit's own water evaporates.
