In Inés Rosales we have more than 100 years of history. We are specialized in the elaboration of traditional Andalusian pastry products. We use artisan methods and top quality products, such as the use of Extra Virgin Olive Oil.
In 1910 Inés Rosales Cabello rescued the Olive Oil Torta recipe from the old family recipe book. Since then, we have continued the artisan tradition of handcrafting each Torta de Aceite one by one following the original recipe. Nowdays, our products are in more than 30 countries around the world.
