‚Originale‘ – The Viani Italy collection for export

Countless trips, excellent and trusting relationships with producers in Italy, and a trained palate are the basis for these foods, which have been selected for Viani's “Originale” line. Their design is clear and high-quality; it's what's inside the jars and bottles that counts. Behind the Viani brand are renowned producers such as Ursini from the Marche region, Antica Torroneria from Piedmont, and Cutrera from Sicily. In addition to the German market, the brand is successfully exported as a private label to the UK, Canada, and Spain.

The idea behind this is to have authentic flavor and the best artisanal quality for everyday Italian life always at hand when you feel hungry—uncomplicated and guaranteed to be good. For Viani, the basis of culinary happiness is an excellent, medium-fruity olive oil and a versatile balsamic vinegar.
A large selection of antipasti, from olives to artichokes, caper berries, and stuffed peppers, is dedicated to aperitifs and the start of a long meal. Fruity tomato sauces and aromatic pestos allow for a quick primo piatto or a delightful plate of pasta in between meals. The basis for your own sugo as passata, polpa, or spaccatella allows cooks to realize their individual signature with the best ingredients. Simple, natural, and good—that is the idea of Italian cuisine that Viani lives by. Viani “Originale” is the brand that enriches pantries.
