Quicornac Showcases Next-Generation Sustainable Passion Fruit and Mango Ingredients at ANUGA 2025

Multi-origin sourcing, FSA and Rainforest Alliance-certified farms, and organic offerings redefine tropical juice supply chains

At ANUGA 2025, we will showcase our powerful sourcing model that combines traceability, sustainability, and flavor integrity across our flagship products: Passion Fruit NFC and concentrate, and Mango puree and concentrate.

Our expanded network of FSA-certified farms, Rainforest Alliance farms, and organic-certified supply chains across Ecuador, Peru, and Vietnam now forms one of the most comprehensive origin portfolios in the tropical juice industry.

Regeneratively grown, responsibly sourced

At the heart of our value proposition is a reimagined way of working with farmers—moving from transactional procurement to long-term partnerships rooted in transparency, soil health, and fair incentives.

“Our vision is to create supply chains that don’t just deliver flavor—but resilience,” said Bernhard Frei, CEO of Quicornac. “Whether it’s an organic mango purée from Peru or a clarified passion fruit concentrate from Ecuador, our customers can rely on ingredients that are certified, traceable, and grown in a way that supports both people and planet.”

Passion Fruit, redefined

We offer multi-origin Passion Fruit NFC and concentrate with differentiated profiles and certifications:

Ecuador: Bright acidity, high aromatic profile, FSA level farms.

Peru: Balanced profile, FSA level farms, Rainforest micro-lots, organic

Vietnam: Naturally higher °Brix, sweeter flavor profile, available as concentrate and NFC, also FSA level farms

All origins are backed by transparent documentation, year-round availability, and consistent quality controls at the source.

Premium mango ingredients—with taste built in

In parallel, we have scaled up our mango puree and concentrate program, sourcing from Ecuador and Peru, offering high flavor mangoes like:

- Kent, Edward, Peruvian Criollo, Haden, Tommy, Chato
- Rainforest Alliance certified, Organic and clarified options
- Tailored °Brix ranges for specific applications (nectars, beverages, baby food, dairy)
- Available in both aseptic, non-pasteurized and frozen formats

Certified and future-ready

Key features across all our offerings:

✅ FSA (Silver and Bronze levels) and Rainforest Alliance-certified farms
✅ Organic EU/NOP certified lots available
