Carrière GmbH Committed To Taste was founded in 2000 by Stephan Carrière and has been continued by his son since 2010. The company specializes in the international sourcing of fruit and vegetable ingredients. We are often the point of contact when rare or specialty raw materials are required. With a broad network of suppliers and customers across South, Central and North America, Europe, Africa, and Asia, we can respond flexibly to inquiries and offer tailored solutions.
Our portfolio includes fruit and vegetable juices, purees, concentrates, IQF products, as well as by-products such as Water- and Oilphases, FTNF Restoration Flavors, Cold Pressed Oils, D’Limonene, and Terpenes.
Our FTNF restoration aromas are derived 100% from the named fruit and are particularly in demand in the citrus segment. The flavor portfolio is complemented by FTNF waterphases (up to 150-fold concentration) from vegetables and fruits such as mango, passionfruit, pineapple, apple, pear, pomegranate, apricot, peach, berries, as well as citrus waterphases including orange, lime, lemon, and grapefruit. Selected fruits are also available as highly concentrated, standardized FTNF waterphases.
We also offer fruit and vegetable powders in various drying methods and with different carrier substances, adapted to your specific application and budget. For the bakery and snack industries, we supply fruit pastes such as date and raisin paste. In the area of natural sweeteners, we offer products such as agave and date syrup/powder, cashew juice concentrate (80° Brix), and inulin.
Our organic ginger and turmeric juices are enjoying growing popularity. Together with our long-standing partner Aseptic Peruvian Fruit, we are continuing to expand our cooperation in the field of aseptic ginger juice, acidified and non-acidified, in conventional and organic quality.
Our products are available in a variety of packaging formats, such as tank trucks, tank containers, bins, drums, and bag-in-boxes (BiB), filled either aseptically, chilled or frozen. In addition to conventional products, we also offer certified organic items.
A large number of our suppliers are SGF members and participate in the voluntary control system. Close communication and regular visits to producers are integral parts of our approach. Many of them hold GFSI-recognized certifications. Carrière GmbH itself has been successfully certified according to IFS Broker since October 2024.

o Lime and lemon (not-from-concentrate juice, concentrate, oils, waterphase)
In addition, products such as peach- and pear puree concentrate, apple- and grape juice concentrate, lychee- and papaya puree as well as grapefruit juice and concentrate are a fixed part of our portfolio and are steadily gaining in importance.
All our products are 100% natural and free from additives. They are used as raw materials in a wide range of applications, including juice, jam, bakery, ice cream, water, alcoholic beverage, confectionery, and sauce industries. Our powder products are also used in pet food, dietary supplements, and pharmaceutical sectors.
