The network of companies in the food sector, translated into numbers, include: 7 production facilities, 1,261 employees, and a turnover of €334.7 million.
Fruttagel is an agricultural cooperative company founded in 1994, specialized in the industrial processing of fresh fruit and vegetables, tomatoes, cereals, and legumes from integrated and organic farming into finished products. The company stands out for its high traceability throughout the entire supply chain and its flexibility for any specific customer requirement. It produces and distributes a wide range of products, both organic and conventional; addressed to end consumers, collective catering (school and non-school), door-to-door distribution, and the food industry. About 30% of the fruit and vegetables processed is organic, while 80% of total production is destined for the private label market. Fruttagel’s product categories include: frozen vegetables, nectars, fruit juices and fruit beverages, plant-based drinks, and tomato derivatives. In addition to private label, the company also markets its products under its four main brands: Almaverde Bio, Sucor, Il Giardino dei Sapori, and Sungel. Some of its product categories are also present in international markets, both within and outside Europe.

Deco Industrie, a cooperative company founded in 1951, is today a well-established reality in the Italian overview of packaged consumer goods production for the food sector. The company operates both with its own brands and as a contract manufacturer, collaborating with the modern large-scale retail, the brand-name industry, and important industrial clients.
