In February 2025, to mark its 170th anniversary, Maison Bornibus had the immense honor of receiving the Palme d’Or Internationale and the Diploma of National Merit & Prestige, awarded by the Comité de France during an official ceremony at the French Senate.
This distinction is the result of long-term work carried out since 2012, the year Sydney Knafou revived the brand with the ambition of bringing back to life a forgotten treasure of French culinary heritage.
Since then, Bornibus has been rebuilt with passion and dedication, becoming a benchmark in fine grocery, embodying French savoir-faire since 1855.
