Mortadella Nazionale with Bronte PDO pistachios is made from cuts of heavy Italian pork. Cooking time varies depending on the size of the product. Pieces range from 15 kg in natural casings to 50 or 100 kg in synthetic casings. Mortadella La Valle is traditional in every way.
