Cream Fudge:
Produced in our factory for over 100 years, Traditional polsih Fudge is our flagship product and one of the most recognizable sweets in Poland. It owes its consistency to a long-standing recipe and the highest quality ingredients used in a carefully controlled production process. The nature of ‘Krówka’ is that it ripens through a process of crystallisation of the sugar from the outside to the inside, creating a ‘crunchy crust’ and a liquid drop of caramel inside the candy.
