Since 1915 Tariş Fig Agricultural Sales Cooperatives Union, laid the
foundations of cooperatives in Turkey with its deep-rooted history and
offers the unique flavors of the Aegean sea to the world by combining
it with its quality concept and superior production techniques.
High percentage fruit are produced from 100 % natural sugar without using
glucose and dried figs are cut in strip shaped. They represent tradition and
innovation together with orange, ginger and walnut options with 100%
genuine TARİŞ quality.
Pasted figs are cooked in the couldrons with various ingredients like walnut,
pistachio and hazelnut. The mixtures are placed in special molds, rested for a
while and cut into cubic forms.
