Our most versatile line, made with enhanced Duroc pork, is designed for those seeking a balance between flavor, juiciness, and performance.
In KonDuroc you’ll find fresh cuts such as secreto, pluma, and presa, naturally cured hams, cured loins, and sausages like longaniza and chorizo, offering a smooth, well-balanced profile suitable for multiple uses. Also available in sliced format.

Kacha Negra 100% Duroc Essentia
The jewel of our house: our premium line is crafted from 100% Duroc pigs, featuring carefully selected genetics and controlled breeding.
With higher fat marbling and a more intense organoleptic profile, Kacha Negra offers extra-juicy fresh cuts—such as presa, ribs, and loin—hams cured for over 24 months, cured loins, and artisanal chorizos with a deep aroma and velvety texture.

Ibérico Sánchez Bermejo
Our most traditional and authentic line is made from selected Iberian pigs and designed to preserve the essence of Spanish flavor through artisanal processes that respect tradition—from genetics to curing.
In this range, jamón ibérico and paleta ibérica take center stage: both are slowly cured in natural drying rooms, where they develop intense aromas, melting fat, and a long-lasting, deep flavor true to the culinary memory of our land.
Sánchez Bermejo also includes high-gastronomic-value fresh cuts such as secreto, pluma, and presa ibérica, along with a selection of traditional cured meats—salchichón, chorizo, and cured loin—also available in sliced format.
