Balkan Agricultural Ltd. is the largest tomato processor in Bulgaria, with a daily capacity of 750 tons. Since 2016, our factory in Pazardzhik has been producing high-quality tomato, apple, and pepper concentrates using the most advanced food processing technologies.
Our key products include 28/30 and 36/38 Brix tomato pastes, 30/32 Brix apple concentrate, and 22/24 HB pepper paste. All products are free from preservatives, colorings, and additives, allergen-free (ALBA list), and GMO-free.
Using equipment from Catelli Food Technology (CFT, Italy), we ensure fast, gentle processing that preserves the natural flavor, nutrients, and color. Packaging is done in 200-liter aseptic bags in metal drums, suitable for industrial use in ketchup, sauces, baby food, and more.
We operate our own lab for hourly checks of Brix, viscosity, pH, color, and lycopene. Accredited third-party labs monitor pesticides, heavy metals, and microbiological safety.
