They’re sustainable with 60% less carbon emissions, 60% less eutrophication and 90% less land use compared to traditional dairy cheeses. And they’re organic certified.
They’re price-accessible. We’re one of the first companies globally in this category to offer this type of cheeses in price parity with traditional dairy cheeses thanks to our scaled production in our own factory in Segovia, Spain.
And thanks to our innovative process they have 18 months shelf life refrigerated!
