The company recently decided to offer the HPP fresh fruit range entirely "100% fruit" to illustrate its ambition to meet the technical and sensory requirements of artisan chefs for both sweet and savory applications. The "100% fruit" label also marks a return to basics to meet the demands of healthy and sustainable consumption, in line with today's market expectations.
The fresh range benefits from High Pressure Cold Processing (HPP), an alternative to traditional heat treatments, which is suitable for heat-sensitive fruits. The result: it prevents the intrinsic qualities of the fruit from being altered and guarantees the microbiological stability of the processed fruit purees and coulis.
In addition, the company also offers a wide frozen range, including 54 flavors, 31 of which are "100% fruit." The range is packaged in a sealed tray to guarantee their quality integrity.
All recipes are free of coloring, preservatives, GMOs, and gluten. Bulk packaging is also available.
