La Fruitière du Val Evel is pleased to announce its participation in Anuga in Cologne on October 4th.
Based in Brittany, this family business La Fruitière du Val Evel has been producing natural fruit purees since 1962!
The company's Breton roots are a source of pride, and its strong identity, nourished by numerous cultural specificities linked to Brittany, fascinates beyond the region. The production workshop's roots in the heart of the orchards maintains a close relationship with nature, undoubtedly at the origin of the values of commitment, passion, and simplicity it seeks to embody.
The company's commitment is reflected in one of its greatest strengths: the 11 women and 19 men who make up the global team. Regardless of their position, each employee is dedicated every day, sharing expertise and a common passion: delivering products that meet the expectations and values of artisan chefs!
All activities, from production to sales, are IFS certified (V8 Food certification, higher level, unannounced audit type).
