Puff Pastry Bites: Variety and Indulgence in Premium Quality

The South Tyrolean frozen food company Pan offers a wide range of Alpine and Mediterranean specialties. In South Tyrol – Italy’s northernmost province – alpine traditions meet the mediterranean joy of life. Here, the best of alpine cuisine blends with the lightness of Mediterranean gastronomy. This is the essence of Pan’s frozen specialties.

In 2024, Pan introduced a premium line of high-quality puff pastry appetizers: Puff Pastry Premium Pizzette, MiniMix Premium, and Truffle Puff Pastry Bites.

The ready-to-bake MiniMix Premium puff pastry bites impress with their delicate, crispy dough – palm oil-free, enriched with concentrated butter, filled with refined ingredients, and finished with a golden, shiny surface.
There are six exquisite shapes to choose from, each filled with premium ingredients: basil pesto, bell pepper, black olive, cheese, ham, and sausage.

This variety makes Pan’s premium bites the perfect snack for conferences, catering, buffets, aperitifs, and many other occasions.

» 6 varieties in 6 shapes, generously filled
» Golden, shiny surface
» Refined with concentrated butter
» Delicate puff pastry
» Quick and easy preparation
» Packaging unit: 4 bags of 1 kg each

These appetizers are quick and reliable to prepare in the oven – and with their golden color and appealing toppings, they’re true eye-catchers on any buffet.

Pan will be presenting its premium appetizers – and much more – at ANUGA in Cologne (Hall 4.1, Booth C-060).
