Schwabach, January 2025: The new highlight in the salty snack shelf! Dr. Karg's presents a new, innovative product concept with lots of intense flavour from natural ingredients, a crispy texture, an extra portion of protein and a great stone oven-like appearance.
As an alternative to classic crisps, flips & co, the small, airy, crispy triangles are a source of protein, purely made from natural ingredients and a tangy delicious snack. The extra thinly rolled Crispies are oven-baked instead of deep-fried, for a crispy-light appearance. Crunchy and wafer-thin, the Crispies create a unique mouthfeel.
Two different Dr. Karg's Crispies flavours invite you to munch, snack and dip. The flavour of sour cream is perfectly rounded off with the fresh, intense chive note in Dr. Karg's Crispies Sour Cream & Chives. Mildly spicy, Dr. Karg's Crispies Sweet Chili are perfect for any snack occasion. On top, the Crispies are a source of protein and make you want to nibble even more. The new products perfectly complement the Dr. Karg's Rustinis and Cracker snack range.
The externally conducted consumer survey confirms the concept of the new Crispies across the board (German market). Over 80% of participants were convinced by the products, the flavour intensity also scored highly with 85% and around 80% expressed a wish of purchase.[1] Available from July 2025 on.
