Who We Are
Vinkymon OÜ is an Estonian company with 13 years of experience in crafting natural, functional foods. Our journey began with a passion for promoting Chaenomeles (commonly known as Japanese quince) and creating innovative products from it. As we explored the potential of this superfruit and garlic, we uncovered an incredible world of natural flavors and health benefits—too good to keep to ourselves. This led us to establish Estonia’s first Japanese quince plantation.

Black Garlic Sauce with Lingonberry – A sweet-savory umami bomb, perfect with meat, blood sausage, or as a marinade. Free from preservatives, artificial sweeteners, and flavorings. Awarded “Best Product from a Small Business in Virumaa 2025”.
Black Garlic Ketchup – A naturally sweet ketchup with notes of thyme and rosemary. Crafted from black garlic and red onions.
