The buononaturale FOOD SERVICE range

buononaturale is a family-run business created to provide the world with a one-stop shop for the highest-quality Made-in-Italy food production, organic for the Retail channel and traditional for Food Service.

1) buononaturale sources its truffles from the Central-Southern Italian Apennines, across the regions of Campania and Molise. Our main truffle specialty line includes summer truffle sauces made with locally sourced porcini mushrooms, summer truffle carpaccio leaves, truffle-flavored extra-virgin olive oil, and truffle-flavored Acacia honey. buononaturale has also provided these gourmet, all-natural products (i.e., no GMOs, additives/preservatives, or chemical processing) in packaging other than glass jars, such as aluminium bags or tin cans.

a.     Ready-to-use truffle condiments (Mushroom sauce, carpaccio, flavored extra-virgin olive oil, flavored Acacia honey, etc...) —gluten free, in glass jars from 80g to 500g, or alternative packaging

2) buononaturale offers three versions of bronze wire-drawn pasta, organic and not: dry, fresh, frozen. All three types are made in our semiartisanal labs on the Central-Southern Italian Apennines, in the fertile Province of Irpinia/Avellino.  We only use the highest-quality raw ingredients sourced locally from the Region (of Campania), or Italy, at large: for example, IGP Sorrento (sfusato) lemons for our Lemon potato buttons and whole pieces of 24-to-30-month-old Parmigiano Reggiano for our Ham raviolini.  We then cook every raw ingredient in-house.  Thus, we go from raw to final, without using any semi-finished products in between. Our dry pasta (with 24-month shelf life) withstands the cooking process particularly well because of the longer-than-usual desiccation process, averaging 32 hours, thus offering greater flexibility in busy kitchens as well as a uniquely flavored product.  Our fresh pasta (with 45-day shelf life) undergoes light pasteurization to preserve its organoleptic and biochemical properties unaltered while guaranteeing food safety.  Our frozen pasta is just our fresh pasta abated at ultra-low temperatures to achieve a longer shelf life of 18 months.  The latter two types include potato buttons (purple or lemon-flavored), scialatielli, and ravioli with different fillings (baccalà or cod, pumpkin, etc...)

3) The buononaturale mixed gelato-sorbetto in fruit shell is a high-quality product from Italy’s finest semiartisanal laboratories, made with simplicity and passion. Every package contains eight varieties of fruit filled with gelato-sorbetto made from the fruit’s own pulp. Thanks to this ingenious tecnique, every (natural) fruit shell becomes, in turn, the natural container for its own gelato-sorbetto. Savor this intriguing mix of fruit and gelato-sorbetto anywhere anytime.

4) The buononaturale high-quality gourmet gelato-sorbetto is produced in semiartisanal laboratories in Italy, with simplicity and passion. This line of gelati-sorbetti offers you the experience of a serene summer night in Italy, when stopping in at the local bar (or gelateria) for an after-dinner gelato is a rite. The salted caramel biscotto flavor is the result of the delicate combination of traditional Italian biscuits with salted caramel, ideal for getting your energy levels up while focusing on the crunchiness of every bite.

5) The buononaturale classic focaccia owes its intense, decisive, and aromatic flavor to its origins: it is made from remilled durum wheat semolina obtained through the rigorous selection of grains and the use of natural yeast. Enjoy this simple focaccia as accompaniment to all sorts of vegetables and salami, or on its own. Our focaccia is tall, soft, and fluffy, being produced according to the ancient Apulian tradition of focaccia making.

6) Charcuterie, chestnuts, rices inc. pink Flamingo rice, etc...
