Falco Srl was born in Alife in 2005, a small town in the north of Caserta (South Italy), specialized in the production of organic baked goods. In 2015, the company was purchased by the Guarnieri family whose core business is the automotive sector with more than 135 employees and 2 factories in Italy and Romania. The family's commitment is to promote the development of healthy eating in Italy and abroad, introducing alternative ingredients to traditional flour for baked products. The 1,000 m2 factory is made up of 800 m2 of working and warehouse area and 200 m2 of offices. The operational area is equipped with resin flooring and specific coating, suitable for food preparation; the mixing area is equipped with a heated floor to keep the temperature fixed and controlled in the winter months. The warehouse is equipped with a cold room with a fixed temperature of 22* C. Falco srl offers baked products to be used as a substitute for bread, prepared with wheat flour, spelt flour and Khorasan Kamut. Some examples: unleavened bread cooked on lava stone, according to the traditional Jewish recipe; crackers with extra virgin olive oil, leavened with sourdough or without yeast; handmade taralli and flatbread in various flavours. To ensure customers always have fresh and fragrant products, production upon order received. No stock in the warehouse. It’s rganic and IFS 7 certified FALCO uses electricity produced from Certified Renewable Sources by guarantees of origin. It compensate the CO2 of productions. For packaging it use only 100% recyclable and recycled paper, printed with vegetable inks.
