Our Bianco is the "racehorse" of our range – made from Italian Malvasia and Moscato grapes, two particularly aromatic and fruity grape varieties with flavors reminiscent of Gewürztraminer.
Our Bianco has been awarded "Best Product" in its category several times. It is a high-quality sweet and sour dressing made from concentrated white grape must blended with particularly high-quality, well-aged white wine vinegar. Its clear and transparent color makes it the ideal vinegar when you want to add a seasoning without altering the original color of the dish.
Our Bianco pairs perfectly with salads and fresh vegetables in a classic oil and vinegar marinade. It is also ideal with steamed vegetables, seafood dishes, fish, and white meat. It also enhances fresh fruit and ice cream – making it perfect for preparing fruit salads and creamy desserts like panna cotta.
