Tartuflanghe: Italian Truffle Excellence Between Innovation, Craftsmanship, and Sustainability

For fifty years, Tartuflanghe has brought the gastronomic excellence of truffles to the world, combining artisanal tradition, continuous innovation, and a deep connection to the Langhe and Roero territories.

Founded in Alba in 1975 by Beppe and Domenica Montanaro, Tartuflanghe began as a company specializing in the selection and sale of fresh truffles. Over the years, it has established itself as a pioneer in the creation of gourmet truffle-based products, now featured in top restaurants, specialty stores, and department stores in over 60 countries.

The company crafts artisanal pasta, sauces, snacks, and sweet specialties, with constant attention to research and the development of new ingredients and technologies, such as freeze-drying. Alongside its production, Tartuflanghe manages over 30 hectares of truffle grounds and woodland, promoting environmental protection and biodiversity.

Today, Tartuflanghe is led by siblings Paolo and Stefania Montanaro, continuing a journey that blends quality, sustainability, and an international vision.
