About Riley Jackson
Riley has been a passionate advocate for the alternative protein industry for over eight years. Beginning her career in advertising and strategy, she focused on bridging the gap between consumers and their food, highlighting the impact of their choices. She was inspired after contributing to the launch of Beyond Meat in Canada and has since worked with pioneering organisations including the Good Food Institute, BIOMILQ, and TiNDLE. At Impossible Foods, Riley was part of the business development team, successfully launching numerous products into the U.S. market.
Today, as Associate Director at Oxford-based cultivated meat company Ivy Farm Technologies, she leads on brand, marketing, and partnerships. Her mission is to accelerate cultivated meat’s market entry and connect consumers and partners with the possibilities of the future of protein.
