Anuga presents the innovations of 2019

The international food and drinks industry once again met up at Anuga in Cologne from 5 to 9 October 2019.

The world’s largest and most important trade fair for food and beverages was on course to mark its 100th anniversary by setting a new record with around 7,500 exhibitors from 106 countries. The trade fair focused on new products, innovative trends and future-oriented concepts.

Anuga has once again succeeded in presenting the diversity of the food industry in an impressive way. Whereby the trade fair has also succeeded in linking up the future themes of the industry with the current political debate about which influence the production, processing and marketing of food has on the environment and climate change.

In its 100th anniversary year, Anuga is thus presenting itself as extremely topical and well-equipped for future challenges.
