CateringTec is renamed FoodService "Chef of the Year" finals in Cologne for the first time. Anuga is opened by the Federal Foreign Minister Guido Westerwelle together with the Italian Minister of Agriculture Francesco Saverio Romano.<br><br>Italy is the partner country Proof of the organic certification for the exhibitors of Anuga Organic.
