Gluten-free oats

We are a dedicated gluten-free oat mill producing gluten-free and organic oat ingredients for food manufacturers. From field to mill we follow a strict purity protocol with contract farmers and state-of-the-art sorting technology to ensure safe and reliably gluten-free oats.

Our ingredients can be used in a wide variety of applications: breakfast cereals, dairy alternatives, drinks and smoothies, bakery, pasta, snacks, ice cream, crisps, powders, toppings, baby food and more. Oats also offer great opportunities for plant-based meat alternatives such as patties, balls and nuggets.

Oats combine excellent taste with nutrition: approx. 14% protein, 7% soft fat, 10% fiber (of which 4% beta-glucan), plus essential vitamins, antioxidants and minerals. Thanks to their beta-glucan, oats carry EFSA-approved health claims for cholesterol reduction, blood sugar control and digestive health.
