Anuga taste Innovation Show

The 'Taste Innovation Show' took center stage within Anuga, serving as the platform to showcase the latest and most innovative products and concepts in the food industry. Here, new releases were presented, featuring outstanding ideas, innovations, and sustainability aspects in the food sector. A panel of international expert journalists and market research analysts selects the best and most intriguing innovations from a multitude of submissions. These chosen products and concepts were showcased at the Anuga Taste Innovation Show.

In total, 689 companies submitted over 2,200 ideas to be part of this special showcase. The jury carefully curated a selection of 68 products and concepts that excelled in terms of creativity, innovation, sustainability, and execution, spanning across the various specialized trade shows at Anuga. Additionally, ten products stood out as particularly innovative.

  • Dried Mushrooms and Mixes by VG Fryer D.o-o. (Croatia)
  • Chica Mexicana Wheat Tortilla Beer by Leighton Foods (Denmark)
