This bittersweet hot chilli sauce is pure BBQ smokiness in a beautiful bottle. This smooth sticky sauce is made with roasted tomatoes, peppers, red onion, thyme, black and white garlic picked up with hot chilli & Mexican chipotle peppers, mustard and apple cider vinegar then smoothed out by the cognac, brown sugar, and honey (now changed to agave syrup). There are 10+ anti-oxidant ingredients in this luxury hot sauce.
