ECOTROPHELIA Europe Competition
ECOTROPHELIA Europe is the leading competition for sustainable food innovation in Europe - often referred to as the "Champions League" of food innovation.
Every participating European country organises a national preliminary round to select the most innovative food project.
The winning teams subsequently compete against each other in the European final. The selection in each country is coordinated by the respective national food associations.
2025 Ecotrophelia Europe finalists
This year, in 2025, Ecotrophelia students have once again surpassed themselves, with ideas each more innovative than the last, ranging from snacks to healthy dishes. 19 teams, winners of their national competitions, will meet on 7th and 8th October to compete in front of a jury of experts. This year, we are celebrating South Korea's first ever participation, as well as the return of Austria and Switzerland, which have been absent for many years!
