32nd Forum System Catering

The Forum System Gastronomy of the DEHOGA Hospitality Industry Initiative was a fixed highlight in the Anuga trade fair calendar. Once again this year, guests were treated to a varied programme with powerful insights: from an industry breakfast as a meeting place for exchange and networking to exciting insights from politics and associations to practical success models from the catering industry.

The agenda included inspiring presentations on sustainable concepts, the current challenges facing the catering industry and a look at the catering industry's balance sheet for 2025 with opportunities for 2026. There was also a special focus on the role of artificial intelligence – from vision to practical game changer in everyday business life.

Once again, the forum became a platform for information, inspiration and networking – and a place where the industry came together to shape the future.
