With the 1st Anuga Halal Forum, Anuga is creating a new international knowledge centre for halal topics in cooperation with the Islamic Chamber Halal Services (ICHS). The Islamic Chamber for Halal Services (ICHS) is the halal executive arm of the Islamic Chamber of Commerce and Development and is committed to developing the Halal market both quantitatively and qualitatively. Based in London and with regional office in Cairo, ICHS is one of the world’s most important halal institiouns and is also the organiser of the renowened Makkah Halal Forum in Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
