In 2025, Anuga HORIZON becomes a stage – and more. As a curated hub for those rethinking nutrition, it opens up space for new perspectives, deep dives and real exchange. Centrally located in Hall 1 and embedded within the new Anuga Alternatives segment, it brings forward the topics that are reshaping – and soon transforming – the industry.

The spotlight is on products based on alternative proteins, pioneering technologies, regenerative approaches and new business models. The HORIZON Stage brings these strands together – acting as a content driver, a platform for solutions, and a space where innovation becomes tangible.

The HORIZON Stage content revolves around four key themes – all forward-looking, all relevant to decision-makers, innovation drivers and anyone who sees nutrition as a space for progress:
