FROZEN! dti Innovation Award

Every two years at Anuga, the FROZEN! dti Innovation Award supported by AFC and anuga honours innovations from and for the frozen food industry. Following the successful premiere in 2023, the FROZEN! dti Innovation Award 2025 competition will be held under the motto: ‘Frozen Food meets Future - with frozen food into the food world of the future!’. 70 years ago, in 1955, the first frozen products for the German food trade were presented at Anuga: the beginning of a unique success story.

In the anniversary year 2025 ‘70 years of frozen food in German retail’, FROZEN! will be honouring innovations from Germany and abroad that advance the frozen food market and fulfil future-relevant requirements for frozen food products and processes - with direct added value for retailers, restaurants and consumers. Look forward to an exciting final on 7 October 2025 at Anuga in Cologne: three teams will pitch for victory live in front of the jury and audience!
