About Júlia Dalmadi
Júlia Dalmadi is the founder of TransFoodMission and Secontaste, leading initiatives to scale food upcycling through retail. In 2023, she launched Europe’s first dedicated upcycled food retail category with Rohlik Group, building a supplier program that connects innovators with consumers across multiple markets. With a background in food innovation and circular economy projects, Júlia’s work focuses on turning food industry by-products into mainstream solutions, helping retailers and brands reduce waste while creating sustainable growth.
