About M. Lee Greene
M. Lee Greene has been hands-on driving the transformation of the agrifood system since 2006 – as managing director of a biodynamic winery in Tuscany, founder of a Farm-to-Table brand in the USA, and co-founder of an AI-based nutrition assistant. Today, as founder of Acorn Innovation, she advises DeepTech start-ups and research teams with ideas for a biocircular agrifood economy on transitioning from idea to market success. She ist a co-Founder of Foodhub NRW e.V., an agrifood innovation platform, where she leads strategy & ecosystem development.
